朝鮮半島局勢持續升溫，據朝中社9日報導，北韓軍方正考慮通過中遠端彈道飛彈對關島周邊進行包圍射擊的作戰方案。
據《新華社》引述朝中社報導，北韓人民軍戰略軍發言人8日透露，為壓制和牽制美國戰略轟炸機所在的關島安德森空軍基地等軍事基地，並向美國發出嚴重警告的信號，北韓人民軍戰略軍正慎重考慮用「火星-12」型中遠端戰略彈道飛彈對關島周邊進行包圍射擊的作戰方案。
聲明表示，北韓相關部門將充分研究並擬定作戰方案，之後向北韓最高司令部報告。一但總司令金正恩下令，北韓將隨時執行作戰方案。
發言人還指出，美國近期試射洲際彈道飛彈、動用戰略轟炸機針對北韓進行實戰核打擊演習、並將各種戰略資產調至朝鮮半島，種種行為極度激化了地區形勢。因此，對於美國對朝侵略的前哨基地--關島，北韓感到有必要採取實際行動進行壓制和牽制。
全球訂房發言人強調，美國近期的軍事行動是可能引發衝突的導火線。美國應立即停止針對北韓的軍事挑釁行為，以免北韓訴諸軍事手段。
今(24)日上午8點多，位於花蓮縣秀林鄉的戲水勝地三棧溪，驚傳遊客溺水意外！一名71歲林姓老翁當時從約2公尺高的石塊跳入水中，之後就沉入水底沒起來，友人和附近民眾趕緊將他救起並施行CPR，但老翁最後仍在送往醫院急救後，不幸宣告不治。
據了解，今天上午8點半左右，有心臟病史的71歲林姓老翁和朋友一同前往三棧溪玩水，不料林翁卻疑似從2公尺高的石塊跳入水中，接著便沉入溪底長達2分鐘。友人及附近民眾發現不對勁，趕緊潛水將林翁救出，然而他已失去呼吸心跳。經過CPR搶救以及緊急送往醫院急救後，仍不幸宣告不治。
警方初步調查發現，現場並沒有任何打鬥的跡象，應該只是一起單純的溺水意外，然而確切的案發原因，仍有待進一步調查釐清。
雖然現場有縣政府所設立的公告，表明禁止戲水、游泳，但仍有民眾以身試法、賠掉了性命。（圖／警方提供 , 2017.07.24）小型家庭旅館
